Rock City FM OAP fined for wishing Ruggedman Happy Birthday

It all happened yesterday,while on of tje OAP or Rockcity 101.9fm Abeokuta Edward Fortune (popularly called Fawtchune Toh Badt)was on the afternoon shift between 4 – 4.30pm. Since yesterday was also Rugged Man’s birthday, he took the liberty to wish him very happy birthday. This seems to have angered the Rock City FM boss. The Rock city FM boss claims it was an advert and must be paid for. As at this point we have not been able to confirm if Rugged Man and the boss have has some previous deals. All Mr. Fortune said was ”Happy Birthday to Rugged Man” and in the least of his expectations he was fined 40,000 naira. Rock city FM, 101.9fm is in Abeokuta Ogun state. I need to quit saying I’m not a fun of bold colors because I seem to always go against it . I love this vest , I wish it was a bit subtle so I won’t catch flack for wearing it too much .
